An Omega 3 diet should include foods that are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. DHA, EPA, and ALA are the essential fatty acids included in Omega 3. There is a variety of foods that are rich in Omega 3 naturally or are Omega 3 enriched. These should be enough to provide adequate amounts of Omega 3.

Flaxseed oils contain ALA, a long-chain fatty acid. It breaks down into DHA and EPA which is then used by the blood stream. Flaxseed oils are good for people who want to gain wait, who have sensitive stomachs, or those who might be allergic to fish.
Start eating more fruits and vegetables, nuts, grains, peas and beans. Also high fiber diets are important. Eating six smaller meals throughout the day instead of three large meals like you are so use to is highly recommended. Also cut out the large meal before bedtime and the night snacks.

Instead, listen to some heart warming music, watch a dance performance or go for a drive. Set aside time for daily exercise and relaxation. Do some stretching initially followed by deep breathing for five minutes and then meditation. This goes a long way in relieving mental stress.
