I love the beach. I love the sun. Realistically, I know that the sun is harmful to the skin. I enjoy sporting a tan, but realize that in time it can lead to age spots and worse yet, increases the possibility of skin cancer. I have tried a variety of sunscreens, lotions, and oils. This year, Coppertone released the absolute best sunscreen on the market: Coppertone Continuous Spray.
The sun emits ultraviolet rays. Ultraviolet A (UVA) radiation is released by the sun, and can cause wrinkles and skin cancer. Ultraviolet B (UVB) rays cause sunburn and skin cancer. Sunscreen protects your skin from these hazards while you are outside. The vitamin c serum will protect against both kinds of rays.
The “beach” which we might quickly assume is composed of only sand and shells, can also consist of other types of rock (gravel, shingle, pebbles, waves or even cobblestones).
Clinique Face Cream SPF: This sunblock is so light that it feels like “clean” when putting it on. Won’t clog pores and absorbs in seconds. Not only does it offer a high level of UVA/UVB protection, it is packed with antioxidants as well–which makes it even more effective. Buy at your local SEPHORA for $18.
I simply considered some people lucky because their moles were in places that enhanced their beauty (i.e. beauty marks). I was one of the unlucky ones who ended up with raised ugly moles on my face and chest.
Clothing that works well for the ring bearer at the reception or between pictures and the ceremony might be a pair of black shorts, white short-sleeved shirt, bow tie and sandals.
By the mid 20’s skin deterioration begins as less collagen is produced. Eventually over the years, your skin loses elasticity and fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin begin to manifest themselves. The less care you gave your skin over the years, the more sensitive it becomes and more pronounced the aged skin.
Coppertone Sport Sunscreen- I like the spray kind because it’s the easiest to apply. However, be aware that with this make sure you use a good coating, one bottle shouldn’t last you very long. Also make sure to spray it in a well ventilated space. The one I use is SPF 70. To really make your sunscreen really effective, before going out use the one of the cream sunscreens. Then later at the beach, pool, etc, use the spray for touchups at least every two hours. I prefer every hour.
